We are currently engaged with of one our most challenging and exciting renovations/additions that we have done in my 37 years of business. This home is situated on a large track of land in downtown Greenville and it’s original body of the home was constructed in 1863. So a lot of original components, wavy glass original windows, heart pine lap siding, original full dimension framing members and along with that, floors out of level and walls out of plumb! We are able to bring unique materials such as reclaimed heart pine floors, Amish made custom doors w/”mouth-blown” glass, to emulate the original windows, as well as reclaimed antique beams from some re-purposed mills in Michigan. This plays right into my personal passion of bringing recycled materials back to life!
Keep up w/the progress pictures as we maneuver through this gem!
