The New Year has arrived, and we are off to a busy start with preparations to begin additional new projects. The two homes we are building at The Reserve at Lake Keowee are making swift progress as well. The Ruins is expected to complete in the spring and Cottage B in early summer. Please be sure to keep checking the “Under Construction” section of our website for updated photos to track the progress. We have also recently added a place on our website to showcase some of the renovations we have completed. The Carver Group originated with home renovations, so this type of work is a challenge we understand well and enjoy. Major renovations are our preference but we also enjoy the occasional addition, such as a wine room, screened porch with fireplace, or master suite. Finishing a previously unused space can add value and enjoyment to your home, turning an unused room into a favorite feature.
