We are making good progress on our Reserve @ Lake Keowee, Great Lawn projects. We’ve started the cedar shingle roof on the first one and have started the main level framing for our second one. Our phones continue to be active with new inquiries about potential new homes for clients; however, there seems to be a sense of apprehension to move forward quickly. The drawings seem to take a little longer, and after the bid, the awarding of contract seems to take longer than in the past. But with that said, at least the calls are coming in! We’re off hunting down the right looking reclaimed timbers for one of our projects. We’ll be using a new Italian lime based paint product on the exterior of this same project. Incorporating our green building approach whenever we can.
